Prepayment:
Payment in advance is mandatory for customers from countries outside Sweden.
The e-mail message confirming your order comes with all the information necessary for you to pay in advance, to ship the day after the money shows in our account.

Company invoice
The following applies to customers acting in their capacity as a company and choosing payment by invoice ("company invoice").
Credit check:
When applying for payment via company invoice, the usual credit check is carried out, which may mean that a credit report is obtained.
Terms of payment:
The due date and other terms for company invoices are stated on the invoice. In the case of invoice payment, payment must be received no later than 30 days from the invoice date (or the date stated on the invoice). In the event of late payment, a reminder fee of SEK 60 and penalty interest of 2% per month from the due date until full payment is made will be charged.
Assignment:
All company invoices will be assigned to Svea Bank AB, 556158-7634 ("Svea Bank"). All payments relating to the invoice must be made to Svea Bank.
GDPR:
When paying via company invoice, the invoice will be transferred to Svea Bank AB and we will then share the corporate customer's personal data with Svea Bank. Svea Bank is the data controller for the receivables that we have transferred to Svea Bank. Our handling of orders
An example: You order and pay on a Monday, we normally see your payment to our account in the afternoon the day after, ie during Tuesday afternoon. Since the frieght company pick up the packages here during luchtime, we will send your package on Wednesday (morning).
Customers from abroad will normally get the delivery 3-7 after we send it, but it can vary a lot depending on Customs handling and fraight companies outside Sweden.
Cach on delivery:
In a hurry? - Fastest deliveries will be made in cash on delivery orders. (Only within Sweden)
When ordering COD, we normally send your goods the same day or the day after, depending on time of day.
The fraight company will pick up supplies from us around lunch time, if you order early in the morning, we therefore have time to send the same day and you can get your delivery in the mail 1-2 days after order.
Please also indicate your mobile number when you place an order, we can then announce via text message, and you do not have to wait for an announcement in your mailbox.
Shipping:
We use throughout Posten AB for our deliveries, you always offer the lowest possible shipping cost.
When you select your shipping option, you can choose the option that you prefer, but note that it can distinguish right firmly into the price between Letters, post packages and "corporate packages 16.00".
Customers from abroad are normally offered only one shipping option.
Warranty:
We offer 1 year warranty on all our products, used as well as new.
For new products, we offer three year warranty against manufacturing faults.
Returns:
If you regret your buy you can return the goods, within two weeks, unused in original packaging, and we will send your money back.
Exception: used goods and sale goods which are deleted from the range.
Never return goods before contacting us, oftan we can fix problems whitout having to get the product sent to us.
