Vibration Damper Premium + "Stiff"
A kit that we meticulously evaluated and put together to get the best possible way to de-vibrate air heat pumps.
This + kit has a bit stiffer springs than our "soft" package, especially designed for those who mount in wind exposed areas, eg. in the mountains or by the sea where there are often harsh winds. With our soft dampers, really hard winds can cause the outdoor unit to swing in the wind. This kit significantly reduces that risk.
Our hard kit has 6/4 hardness against the soft kit that has hardness 5/3.
Different stiff springs on the compressor side and "free side" mean that the heat pump stands flat, which in turn means that water does not run into the compressor compartment, freeze to ice and cause vibrations when the compressor's own damper stops functioning due to ice. Our mounting kit contains 8 pieces of 20 mm bolts.
We also deliver 6 extra washers that can be used to put on a pair of springs if the machine does not end up exactly on the scale depending on individual weight differences on the market's different make / models.
We dare to say that our vibration damping package is the best and most adapted in the Swedish market.
The springs included in the package are an excellent vibration damper of galvanized steel, the springs is attached to the washers with a special 2-component adhesive that can withstand heat, cold, wet and vibration. This type of vibration damper is not affected by temperature or age, but retains its unique properties over time. An uncompromising vibration damper for those who do not want to gamble.

Smoother spring: Optimized for about 18-25 kg load on the "lighter side" and should be mounted on the side of the heat pump where the compressor is not seated.
Stiffer spring: Optimized for about 40-50 kg on the compressor side and the higher weight that the compressor causes.

If you intend to replace your rubber dampers, keep in mind that these dampers are higher than most rubber dampers, so you have to be able to lift the outdoor unit about 2 cm more without the pipes getting damaged.
