For vibration damping of air/air and air/water heat pumps.
Contains 2 x WebIQ+ powder-coated steel spring dampers (hardness 4) and 2 x WebIQ+ powder-coated steel spring dampers (hardness 6).
Are you experiencing problems with low-frequency vibrations in the wall? Often this is because the compressor or fan in the outdoor unit, under certain conditions and/or speeds, creates vibrations that propagate through the wall mount and into the wall. The sound can resemble a truck idling.
With our vibration dampers, the problems are usually eliminated completely, or to a large extent.
This type of steel spring damper has some differences compared to our "premium" model. To help you make an informed choice, we have created a table that details the properties of the individual springs.

A kit for those who want to reduce vibrations from their air source heat pump
Developed and assembled to optimally dampen vibrations from air source heat pumps. This WebIQ+ kit has slightly harder springs than our standard package, specially designed for those who install heavier heat pumps (over 45 kg) or install in locations exposed to strong winds, such as coastal areas or in the mountains.
Too soft dampers can cause the heat pump to sway in the wind. These slightly stiffer springs minimize that risk. Our powder-coated WebIQ+ package has a hardness of 6/4, compared to the soft package which has a hardness of 5/3.
Different hardness of the springs on the compressor side and the "evaporator side" ensures that the heat pump stands level. This reduces the risk of water running under the compressor and freezing into ice, which can cause vibrations when the compressor's own dampers stop working due to the ice.
We also include 6 extra washers that can be used to adjust the springs if the machine does not end up exactly level, depending on individual weight differences between different brands and models.
We dare say that our vibration damper packages are the best and most adapted on the Swedish market. The springs in the package are excellent vibration dampers made of powder-coated steel, and they are attached to the washers with a two-component adhesive. This type of vibration damper is not affected by temperature or age and retains its unique properties over time. A no-compromise vibration damper for those who do not want to take chances.

Weight information:
- Softer springs: Optimized for approximately 14–30 kg load on the "lighter side" and mounted on the side of the heat pump where the compressor is not located.
- Harder springs: Optimized for approximately 34–70 kg on the compressor side, which bears the higher weight from the compressor.
Important to consider:
- If you plan to replace your rubber dampers, please note that these dampers are higher than most rubber dampers. You must be able to lift the outdoor unit approximately 2 cm extra without damaging the pipes.
